Howard is a senior model. He has been a naturist since age 21, and nude modeling is a natural extension of his lifestyle. He has been modeling as a life model and as a portraiture model for community centre groups and community college classes since 2004.

Howard has prepared a how-to-text about modeling for friends and acquaintances, based on his experiences. In it he states that Life Modeling is not reserved only for attractive young people; because the artist it is interested in drawing people of all ages and body shapes. Howard is not an athlete and he has some physical limitations due to ageing. Therefore he prefers the more comfortable long poses, often seated, over the more strenuous gestures.

Howard stands out as a portraiture model. Not only does he excel in maintaining both the gaze and facial expression, his unique features make him very interesting to draw. He describes himself as a Caucasian male senior who is comfortable in his skin, and with a natural bald head with a monk’s fringe of salt and pepper hair. His face has prominent cheekbones and interesting angles. He sometimes uses a hat or his glasses as a prop to add variation to his poses.

Howard is a reliable, well prepared model who enjoys being nude and natural. A caffeine and sugar shot before modeling keeps him alert, as does his lifelong passion for history, languages and culture, something he loves to think and talk about.
